"Absolutely the best staff ever. Anytime I need anything pertaining to my car or house insurance all I have to do is call and they are always helpful. For instance I was having car trouble and I call the roadside assistance number. They couldn't figure out what road I was on and it was only because I was having a hard time understanding the agent. I was already aggravated because I was having car trouble and was getting even more aggravated because the call was not going smoothly. So I just told the dispatcher that I would call back. I then hung up and called my agency and Sara answered the phone. I explained that I was having trouble with the dispatcher and she asked me where I was at and what the problem was and then told me she would call me right back. Less than 10 minutes she called back and explained that someone was on the way. I have and still would recommend this agency to anyone looking for people you can trust and count on."
