"Dr. Bailes is an outstanding and compassionate Doctor. I left a specialist to see him and have only increased in health. He took me off unnecessary meds my specialist had me taking. Thanks to him I am much more functional. I moved a distance away after a being his patient for a while yet travel to visit with him. It’s worth the drive to have a physician that actually cares."

"I love this place! I've been going here for several years now. My doctor is Dr Latzka and he is very knowledgeable and kind. Dr Latzka always provides me with the correct medications and care. He even helped me to raise my immune system, which has cut down on my getting sick with sinus infections, strep, etc.., tremendously! He keeps up with my blood work to make sure everything stays under good control and you can get many tests done right there in the office instead of having to go elsewhere. The office is very clean and comfortably decorated. The staff are all very helpful and nice too. Even though this is a very busy medical practice, I think they manage very well. I feel blessed to have found Dr Latzka and fully trust my medical care to him. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!"

"Called yesterday morning to schedule an appointment to come in for sinuses and a sore back. Receptionist was very helpful in getting me in at 9:45 that morning. Filled out all my information on line which I thought was a great way to save time in the waiting area. When I arrived the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with letting me know what to do. Was filling out my health questionnaire and before I could even finish was brought back into the examination area. After getting my blood pressure checked and weight checked I was brought to the examination room. I was surprised that I didn’t have to wait but maybe 10 minutes for the doctor to come in. He was extremely nice and helpful with my problems. I was in and out in about an hour which was amazing. Kudos to the great staff at Westgate Family Physicians"

"I was a previous patient of Dr. Jackson. I was very hesitant about continuing my care there, transitioning to a new PCP. However, Dr. Hess has been outstanding. He carefully reviewed my medical history & spent a quality amount of time discussing my health. He’s been patient with me & very attentive to my concerns. Dr. Hess is truly a wonderful provider. I greatly appreciate his respect during our visits & how he chooses to shares his knowledge by educating me on what is happening with my health. I like the comfortable, laid back atmosphere of this office & I actually enjoy coming to the doctor! I look forward to seeing Dr. Hess and his team! His nurse is the best. She always shows grace & kindness.
