"This is a nice store. It just depends what time of the day you go and what type of attitude/personality the staff is in. Each time I go there and asked for assistant but they just point me to an aisle to walk over to. So I end up having to search for it myself. Oh well it's a hit or miss with good positive customer service at this store."

"I just had the best customer service experience ever at this location thanks to a precious associate named Luigi. I came in looking for a storage tote in a specific color that was showing online as in stock. After walking around for several minutes trying to find the item myself, I was about to find an associate to ask when Luigi approached me and asked if he could help me. Bless this man, he was so kind and patient and gracious. He asked other associates, took me for a walk around the store to the several locations where storage totes might be, looked them up in the store’s system, and checked the back room. The extent to which this gentleman did not give up (and had the sweetest demeanor throughout, not at all frustrated or bothered—truly eager to assist) was an unparalleled level of customer service. We never found the totes, but Luigi told me when the next shipment would come in and when I could check back; he also said he would follow up with the store’s purchasing manager to determine the cause of the inventory error. I will be back to this store specifically because of this experience and when I need assistance, I’ll look for Luigi!"

"I purchased an LG fridge on October 28 online through the Home Depot app as you can never find anyone to help you in the store. Today, November 11 my new fridge arrived. Couldn't have arrived at better time as I have a daughter getting married next weekend and things are hopping at the house. As the delivery guys got the fridge to the edge of the delivery truck it fell from the truck denting both doors. Thankfully I still had my old fridge. After great length chatting with an online HD associate that never identified their name and putting up with the insult of them calling me"Elliott" when I had already identified my name was Dave I was told that LG would get back with me in a couple of days to schedule another delivery day. I didn't buy this from LG. I bought this from Home Depot. At least that's who I paid over a thousand dollars to. I will now need to take yet another day off of work. My advice is if you don't mind spending money at Home Depot to have people that say they aren't Home Depot employees deliver and destroy your purchases, you don't mind taking time off from work thus decreasing your paycheck because of no fault of your own and finally you don't mind voicing your concerns to a Home Depot customer service representative who really doesn't care and calls you by someone else's name repeatedly.... Then go ahead and spend your money here. As for me I have a flooring install and countertop installation now with Lowes. Great customer service Home Depot! With this kind of customer service I'm sure your competition is grateful."
