"We hired Maxi Clean to clean our master bedroom carpet and stairs/hallway. The technician was very friendly and on time. It took him about 45 minutes to do all areas which I thought was quick considering our bedroom carpet is older. We were not expecting a miracle by any means but we were told our carpets would be clean of dirt, dander, skin cells etc. because we paid extra for the enzyme treatment. About 2 days after being cleaned the carpets were dry but new stain had surfaced. Understandable considering the age of the carpet but it actually looked worse than before having it cleaned. I text and email the company letting them know of my concern and got no response. I ended up spot treating the areas myself and after 2 weeks ended up spending another $100 on my own carpet cleaner because dirt was still coming out. I’ve went over 2- 8 inch round spots with our new machine and was disgusted by how dirty the water was since we had just had these carpet professionally cleaned. I emailed the company again and again have not received a reply. I won’t be using their services again."

"The worst job ever! The person came out literally did nothing but blew the dust bunnies under the furniture. I called him as well as sent him a picture of the mess he made. He said he would call me back, but Never did. He did the stairwell and left all the dirt in the corners. I saved the pictures for my evident. The pictures you see in their ad is a bunch of lies!!! He only used a hose!"

"Maxi clean does a horrible job. Called to have them steam clean carpets at my dads house and the technician was only there a total of 30 minutes. Including the time he pulled in to the driveway and all packed up pulling out of driveway. Not once were we told about a 48 hr policy, meaning if we were not happy we only had 48 hrs to call and complain. Unfortunately my dad does not live there. We questioned the tech about some dark spots several times and was told it will dry lighter and the color difference was only because the carpet was wet. We took the guy at his word,so when we were able to go back to the house a week later. We now have spots where there once was no spots, freshly painted base boards are scratched up and have to be repainted, and carpet still looks dirty. When we called "Ronnie" the owner said there was nothing they would do, and the scratched up base boards were not done by his tech and repeated the 48 hr policy that we were never informed of. So now my 71 yr old father gets to buy a steam cleaner and do it ourselves. Ronnie also stated that the carpets were still dirty because we could have tracked mud in. The pictures of the carpet are after we used their service. The pictures also show the folor if the water after we bought a bissel carpet cleaner and cleaned 1 room, the same room Maxi clean claimed they did. NEVER USE THEM!! GO with a more reputable company."
