"I will never be doing a layaway with thus company again. I recently did a layaway with this store and came to get my items out. When I got there the store was not busy paid for my items and waited a good 15 min for the woman so come back with my items and as she starts to mark my items off the receipt another woman comes into the store trying to return some items she stops working on my layaway and helps the women after 10 minutes she gets back to working on my layaway again when I returned home to start wrapping my items for Christmas I realized some items were missing I called back up the store and told the same woman who was working my my layaway what was messing she instantly got an attitude saying if it was not in my bag maybe the person who did you layaway forgot to ring the items up and then when I told her the items are on the receipt that I had the story changed and she was like that was the very first item I checked off still the same nasty attitude she told to call back so she could review the tapes to back sure she didn't misplaced it and . So today called back same nasty attitude told me she put and my bag and that it was my fault that I lost it and that was not the case so am out of a gift and my money never again"

"Needs better organization.. better assistance from the retail associates. Better and more options to select from are needed. A lot of the trends in this store and many others are out of trend. I searched for something that would pop out to me and found nothing. I did see some things I liked.. Even the selection for toddlers and young boys were limited. I get it, bargain store.. at least give me something to bargain for. I suggest, Have an "Out with the Old, in with the NEW!" SALE .. get the city TRENDING again."
