"Cashiers are pleasant; aisles too narrow; prices way-sky high on most items. Just sooooo tired of the long wait in the one (1) looongggg line that Joanne chooses to use on their customers. It’s always an issue! The faces behind me at check-out each time exhibit frustration and/or anger. With that, “me” as a customer is made to feel THE blame because now these customers are waiting on me (although I have waited out my time), my purchases, and the never-performed-“non-urgent” cashier to sllllooowwwwllly check me out. Frustrations abound in this area! Please consider self-checkouts, faster cashiers, and/or MORE workers to check-out customers. “Efficiency” on Joann’s part would be KEY as it LACKS big-time."
"I came in here to get materials to rebuild the seats on my golf cart. They had what I needed as far as basic materials. The young lady at the cutting station was very helpful with answering my questions. The cashier was also very pleasant. My only complaint ,it was hard to figure out the pricing in the foam section and the price checker scanners were out of order."
"Nice clean store, you can always find coupon's for heavy discounts on-line. My wife is aways finding some deals here. The staff is top notch, they go above and beyond the call of duty to help you find what your looking for. The store is kept clean and we'll organized. I wish more stores were this friendly. Highly Recommended!"
