"Don’t even want to give 1 star. Ordered footlong meatball sub online. NO sauce on sub at all. Called to complain and female that prepared my order answered and i was told she didn’t have any warm sauce only cold sauce. Asked her could she not warm some up because it was only 4:34 not closing time or let me know when I picked it up if I wanted to change my order and how would she feel if that was her food. Told her I had photo of sub. She hung up on me and when I called back no answer but I left voicemail. She never apologized for my order and she could have cared less. I will NOT use that Subway ever again. I will stop by tomorrow to talk with daytime manager. FOLLOW-UP: 8:00 PM just received a telephone call from Subway Owner. She was very nice and offered to replace sub or give me a gift card. I told her that was not necessary just her calling me to hear my side of story and wanting to please her customer satisfied me. Such a wonderful woman to speak with. She explained their telephone went dead at store and if I ever had any issues just give her a call. Wish all business owners cared as much as she does."
