"The location is prime with restaurants many you can walk to dine. The Coligny Beach is close enough to ride a bike. This hotel is clean, but overly scented. The scent had an adverse effect on my sinuses. The staff were friendly, many from Jamaica. The rooftop is very nice at night with fireplaces, cabanas, pool and a bar. You can see the ocean in the distance. I would visit it again if on a romantic vacation or looking to just relax leisurely. But only if they tone down the perfumy scent. Have a happy vacay!"

"My husband and I stayed here about 3 weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. It was much different from our last experience, which was several years ago. We were able to get an upgrade to a suite. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hospitality was excellent from management to housekeeping. We felt like family when we left. We will definitely be back."

"It's true, upon arrival, the hotel smells clean like they use a high end scented cleaning oil. I would give housekeeping 6 stars if I could. On one occasion, I saw them dust busting the crevices between the elevator and the shaft! I am someone who gets easily freaked out by lint, dirt, hair on my sheets or quilt. I have to say, I felt so comfortable in the room. On another occasion, I saw housekeeping holding a giant lint roller. They must lint roll the covers and curtains as it seemed spotless on our beds.The only thing about the room was that I felt the bed was too firm and my back hurt a bit by the second night. For some reason, the hotel ordered shower curtains that are too short so I can see why some people say the floor gets wet easily during a shower. You have to double check that the curtain stays INSIDE the tub during a shower. You can ask for towels at the front desk to put a few next to the tub. Also, if your TV/light doesn't work, tell the front desk and they will easily make a call and somebody else presses the breaker button to your room and it turns back on. How about the free first come, first serve cabanas on the rooftop pool?! It feels "cool" and "trendy" to be up there!"

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! Don’t pay any attention to the negative reviews. We came here for the night after staying at the Marriott Resort and would have preferred to stay at this location! Everyone was so friendly and personable! The hotel is so pretty inside and smells AMAZING! Alexis was great and prompt in checking us in (10/10 customer service). The pool was refreshing and the bartender Scott (aka Ian from Shameless) was amazing. The beach is a walk away but you pass some great restaurants and shops which makes this hotel an ideal spot! People need to be less snobby in their reviews and focus on the positives. Enjoy your stay people, we certainly did!"
