"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Unprofessional and incredibly rude staff who need to brush up on their customer service skills. Dr. Sarmiento can kill a patient because of medical neglect. Mary (idk what her position is because I’m sure it’s not RN) checked my BP and saw it was astronomically high, I had to ask her to re-check it several times until it was lower than the 1st reading but it was still high. Knowing my medical hx the doctor came into the room, did not do a thorough head to toe assessment, listened to my lungs and kept pressuring me to come in the following Tuesday and buy her weight loss meals. She did not address my blood pressure and allowed me to leave that establishment w/o addressing my pressure and without any BP meds. I received my medical itemized bill in the mail w/ false diagnosis on the bill. When I called Megan on the phone to address the issue she told me I was rude and the reason the doctor diagnosed me with anxiety is because I wrote down in my initial paperwork that I feel anxious sometimes. The doctor never addressed or evaluated me for anxiety but diagnosed me with anxiety disorder. I then spoke to Herman (clinical manager I believe) and told me I was rude and I told him I would rather come to the clinic and speak to someone one on one to better understand why I was diagnosed with certain things and those issues were not addressed when I saw the doctor. He told me it would be a waste of time for me to come to the clinic because the issue would not be resolved. I hung up on Herman after I told him I would come there anyways. But instead of going there I called my insurance company to try and resolve the issues. My insurance company tried to resolve it during a 3 way call with Herman and I but we were disconnected. Herman then kept calling my phone number repeatedly but I did not want to pick up without the insurance adjuster on the phone because of the way Herman spoke to me earlier. He kept calling back to back and eventually I picked. He still did not address any of my questions and it felt like I was being gaslight. Herman was more concerned on why I complained to the insurance adjuster that he called me rude and crazy. None of my issues were addressed and yet I have a list of false diagnosis that was sent to my insurance company."

"Dear Daniel, Please forgive me for not responding sooner. Between holiday planning, family visits and surgery recovery, life has been extremely busy and challenging! "Daniel the Dietitian" Andras turned out to be mine. He has guided me every step of this journey. My goal was to loose 40 pounds and weigh 215 by the end of 2023. I am thrilled to say I surpassed that goal and reached 205 at the end of the year, PL:US, I was able to stop taking the blood pressure medicine that I had been on for twenty years! My new goal is to reach 185 by March of 2024 - with this incredible support group I can't loose!"

"I highly recommend Doctor For Life, Dr Cheryl and her staff with Daniel Andras the Nutritionist have been great taking care of my wife and myself. Here in the last 10 to 12 week I have got to share with everyone how Daniel has change my wife life and improve our way of life together as the results of it, If anyone would have told me a dietitian could make the changes in my wife life and well being that I have seen in 10 TO 12 WEEKS their no way I would have believe the results of it, she has lost 22 lbs and their machine show THAT she lost 7.5 % of her body fat and gain muscle and gain strength, clear minded, I have my wife back, it's so amazing, I have told at least 3 or more people about the change in my wife.
