"I have been with this group for 17 years. Every interaction is professional, informational and efficient. My full coverage insurance on my car isn't much more than carrying just liability. I have no points nor tickets and of course that helps. My homeowners had a claim about 10 years ago. The adjuster was out the next day and then 2 days later with a check. Very prompt so that I could get on with it. My homeowners price has stayed about the same for several years with only slight fluctuation. I appreciate this group and Travelers insurance."
