"I guess it is true you get what u pay for. It was a last min decision that I had to find a rm I remembered a few yr about maybe ten or more yrs when this hotel was placed there I went to visited someone and it was beautiful. That was 10 yrs+ ago and nothing changed this hotel needs a major renovation the cream leather couch was filthy and had ripped the bathroom had old nasty tubs my son didn’t want to sit down it was nasty I called to switch rms but it wasn’t no better so I just ask for a refund"

"Got a two bedroom two bath room and it was really nice. There is no sign for when the pools close. Tried to go to the hot tub after going out to eat and all the doors were locked. Called the front desk and they said they close at 11. We tried to get in at 10 so they made up that they close at 10 on that certain day. Staff sucks and are not friendly and the girl I talked to the most hardly speaks english"

"We had an amazing time here. Our condo was wonderful and clean. We had an amazing view of the ocean. We were on the 20th floor in a 3 bedroom condo. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Janet communicated throughout the whole process and even sent suggestions on different restaurants in the area. All in all we had a wonderful experience and no complaints."

"Don’t stay here!!!! Upon check in I had to wait for someone as there was no one at the desk. Went to the room to find the floors sticky and sandy also there was 1 washcloth for 6 people. Went back to desk because one of the key cards didn’t work and get some washcloths, waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. They fixed there card key but told us that we are to wash the washcloths. After explaining to her we only had 1 washcloth for 6 people and we just checked in she told us we would have to find housekeeping tomorrow and try to get some from them. Back to the room, the toilet in the master bedroom rocked when you sat on it and leaked from underneath. It would also keep running because the flapper leaked through and sometimes the handle stuck. The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work at all, the one in the living room only had streaming services and the 3 one actually worked. There was gum on the living room rug and was sticky all week. There was an old shirt on the balcony, the table on the balcony had what was fuzz from a towel stuck on it. The kitchen table had the emanates of a sticker that we got cleaned off so there wasn’t a sticky spot on the table. The ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t work, I was able to get it going. Only 2 burners on the stove worked. The was no vacuum so we could sweep the floor. There was an old beat up broom. There is a code to enter the building that they changed on our 3rd day so we couldn’t get into the building. Back to the office and wait for someone to show up and tell us the new code. The pools were warm and clean but only one of the three hot tubs worked. So to wrap it up, our room was dirty and most stuff didn’t work, 2 hot tubs didn’t work, you can get locked out of the building if your stay has a month change during your stay and the staff could care less. At check out we turned in our keys and the girl couldn’t be bothered to get off her cell and take out her ear buds to even tell us that we were done. We were lucky to even have someone at the desk without waiting for someone to come out from the back and act like we were disturbing them. Don’t stay here, run away."

"Would not recommend! After resort fees, we paid over $300 per night “on sale price” and it definitely wasn’t worth that cost. First and foremost, it looks amazing on the website, but it is EXTREMELY run down. The room had major damage and was in desperate need of repair. Our room had water damage and dust everywhere. Also, the “lobby” is across the street and very inconvenient. Our keys quit working and my husband had to walk across the street while my daughter and I had to sit soaking wet in front of our room while waiting for him to come back. We were soaking wet because the pool has no towels for guests. The pool area is nice, but not great. It is full of sand, on of the hot tubs was full of bugs and dirt, and another hot tub was only half-full of the water it was supposed to have. The outdoor shower doesn’t work, so you can only rinse your feet. There is no housekeeping, which is fine. However, we are supposed to take out our own trash and they won’t bring you extra towels. You have to wash your towels if you want clean ones. There only appears to be one person working at a time. We never saw an employee in the main building. Also, there are not very amenities. No arcade, no pool bar, no restaurant. For less money, we have had those items in Myrtle Beach. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
