"I’ve been a customer of B&G tax for over 20 years. This year was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was told my tax return would be ready in 2 weeks instead it took 3. I had to call over and over just to get anyone to answer the phone only to speak to a lady who was extremely rude at the front desk. She stated she would have Jessica call me and guess what?? Jessica never called. I can understand if they are short handed… I get that, but do not promise to have something done within 2 weeks and it take 3. When I finally did receive a call to pick up my taxes I had to wait 30 more minutes just to sign and pay $240 for a simple return. The new staff who have taken over for Mrs. Betty surely need a lesson in professionalism and customer service. Betty could complete a simple return in less than 10 minutes so 3 weeks is absurd!! Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere."
