"I hired Morgan several times and had no issues initially. He came out a couple months ago to replace the coils in our home costing us $1900.00. However, our outside fan continued to run and has been running since they did the work 8 weeks ago. His employee Chace said it was the thermostat, they replaced it, and the fan did not cut off. Morgan came out himself to diagnose and said, "it was the fan motor" and that he would replace it for free due to the misdiagnosis. Fast forward, eight weeks later after calling and texting and him standing us up he shows up to our house with a flue vs the fan motor. We have an email with videos of him showing us the failed fan motor and text messages. When he came out to our house today, he had a $20 part called a flue. I asked him, why did he replace the flue when the fan motor was the issue and was the only reason why our fan wouldn't cut off. He now says, it's a miscommunication and there is not a miscommunication. I have text and emails showing what the problem was. He just didn't want to stand by his word and replace the fan motor due to the cost when cost was never an issue for us. We were just expecting him to do what he said he would do which was replace it for free. This guy is a liar and can't be trusted. I've sent him several referrals and have definitely made contact with them to tell them about our experience and to go with a brand name company that cares about their reputation because he clearly charges what he wants based on what he needs!"

"We had our AC unit go out of nowhere and Morgan came out in a very short notice call for us. He made time in his busy schedule to drive out roughly 45 minutes for us. When he was giving me the diagnosis of the issue he was very personable and helped me understand what my options and issues were.
