"Dr. Ross is a great hands on chiropractor, his studies go far beyond chiropractic. Everyone that asks me gets sent here. They have other treatments such as laser and light therapy. You start out with a back scan and can watch the activity of the muscles in your spine relax over treatments. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a referral system so tell them Zach sent you then refer your friends. Great location on Johns Island, I moved to North Charleston but it is still worth the drive."

"I had heard good things about Dr. Ross, so thought I would try him 3 - 4 years ago. After informing his staff that I had a fusion at L5 S1 and was interested in looking into spinal decompression treatments, they asked me to pay the $325 extra that he charged over what Medicare would pay. I did and then had my consult with the doctor. After taking X-rays, he told me he thought I would benefit from the treatments. Five minutes into the first treatment, I was in excruciating pain and had to stop. His receptionist and assistant graciously invited me to come by a couple of days later when Dr. Ross was out of the office for a stem treatment to see if it would help with the pain. They were very compassionate and felt badly that I had experienced so much pain. Afterwards we were discussing my case and I was told that with a fusion at that level that a decompression treatment was not advisable. That it put too much pressure on the area. A few doctors I spoke to later agreed that it was a very bad idea !! I had extreme pain for almost two weeks and was left wondering why I was asked to pay over $300. out of pocket up front for a procedure that hurt me and put me at risk, wasted my time and could have been prevented with an honest assessment by the doctor. I’m still confused by that entire event !!"
