Centre Pointe Emergency

"My 1 year old daughter had a double ear infection on both ears and was crying and in a ton of pain, they never diagnosed her with anything, said she was fine and sent us home. Durning the exam with the doctor she’s crying and the staff is shoving a video call in my face to deal with insurance and billing and they then never even charged my insurance but instead of comforting my child I’m stuck talking to a computer screen and the most inconvenient time. Next day went to urgent care and they diagnosed her correctly and gave us meds."

"If i could give no stars i wouldn't. I wasn't a patient but witnessed the poor treatment of someone who was clearly in need of help. I understand that this field of work comes with it's challenges, is stressful and people can be difficult to deal with BUT as a professional you should ALWAYS treat others with care and respect. Treat your patients the way you would expect a Healthcare professional to treat you or your family members, simple as that! I would not recommend people to go here for care due to what I witnessed. Life is hard enough and when people are down, they need compassion."

"Great staff, weird facility. The sign is literally falling off the building. Also had a random portable air conditioner in the front, since actually ducting air conditioning into the lobby was apparently too much of a reach."

"This place is a circus... There was nobody up front helping anyone expect for a rude security guard with a horrible attitude... The waiting room was taped off with caution tape so there was 9 people in a small room where they usually check vitals... One of the people was literally throwing up.... My husband had just cut the tip of his finger off and was pouring blood ,& the security guard yelled at my husband telling him he would have to leave if he didn't go in the room(he was in the doorway) there was literally no room for him to sit or stand without being on top of someone. There was nobody helping anyone..they are putting everyone at risk my husband can't afford to get sick... this is so unacceptable. .. I don't recommend this place. EVER! Avoid this place at all costs"

"I had a concern about my baby's heart rate (pregnant at 16 weeks), and had painful sunburn. The wait time was very short and they were courteous, respectful, and kind. Everything appeared clean and sanitized so no concerns there! Jake, who was my nurse was so sweet and understanding of my concerns as well as the doctor and made me feel reassured. I was worried about coming here bc of the ratings but from my personal experience they were great. Thank you so much for the care!"
