"I’ve been in pain for days and went to MUSC East Cooper for follow-up and was prescribed medication. I was told that the medication would be immediately sent to the pharmacy. After 4 calls to the doctors office and 24 hours, the pharmacy has still not received the prescription. I’m incredibly disappointed in a doctors office that comes so highly recommended. I hope that I’m the rare incident when the office staff lets down a patient. I’ll sit in pain until the nurses are ready to call in my prescription."
"We frequent the Rutledge Tower location often and normally drive in from Conway that morning. It’s nice if my Neurologist is having clinic at the Mt Pleasant location when I am due for a follow up. Just makes for a shorter day. Bonus, two doctors will be in clinic that day and will see me back to back! Incredible team of doctors!!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would and I haven't been seen yet. I've waited 3 months to see a doctor here only to be called repeatedly the day of my appointment to come in early due to the total eclipse that's happening today on 8/21/2017. The receptionist was rude and wouldn't allow me to talk. She keep talking about how the traffic was going to be. She not only talked over me but hung up on me when I was trying to talk. I knew how today would be & told here that I would leave early. Mind you I live 2 hours out. My appointment was at 4:00pm she wanted me there at 12 which I couldn't do but I was leaving at that time because of the eclipse. If a doctor thinks the total eclipse is more important than me as a patient then she can't be my doctor!!!!"
"Great new facility. Good access from I-526. Staff has been very efficient and friendly. We moved our care here from Hollings and the experience has been positive. The only complaint is that parking can be difficult at times, but it beats the MUSC garages."
