"We already had insurance with Progressive and needed to find an agent in SC because we moved. Progressive gave me a list of agents that work with them in SC and I called Melton and spoke so Susan. At first they had no problem with being our agent. I called Progressive to move forward with the switch and when Progressive called the agent back they refused to service us. I feel we were becoming discriminated against for refusal of service. Horrible Customer Service. Why would you refuse to be a local agent to someone whom already had progressive. I would never recommend to use this agency."

"If you get hit by someone with this insurance, be prepared to never hear from anyone. My insurance and I both have been trying to get in contact with someone for over a month. We’ve even tried to talk to a manager and no one ever calls back. When you do get ahold of someone they are extremely rude and don’t help you, they just send you to another persons voicemail."
