"I have their gutter system on my personal home for 15+ years and have it installed on a rental property for about three years. Very effective system. I have not had to do any cleaning out of the 15+ year installation other than pressure wash the pollen buildup on the outer edge of the gutters every 3 to 4 years. I do this with a pressure washer from the ground. The work was quoted, scheduled and installed as promised. Communication was perfect. Cleanup was thorough. I have also used them to install siding on my gables with the same quality service."

"Had install of very expensive almost $5,000 gutter helmet and gutters last year. Looked great on house, most of the time they worked great with water, but if u have trees that drop a lot of leaves, pollen, acorns, be prepared for them to hold debris on roof and spraying off the nose doesn't work for debris being held up there above nose. The owner Larry Bolt says to just spray off nose where water rolls around into gutter, that doesn't keep leaves, branches, twigs, acorns, pollen from oaks from staying up there because the gutter helmet holds it up there against edge of metal roof, now a year later hes saying use a brush on my metal roof and gutters. Other debris like pollen from oaks does as well and it gets in there and makes brand new gutters black inside, smell, causes little pockets of water to stay and breeds mosquitoes. The first water test I did after it was installed, did not work either, water just ran right over nose and onto deck in some places and even have pictures of it. Now I waited on Larry for weeks to come back out and look at storm damage from tornado, I ask him for a solution to keep leaves and debris from getting hung up there and he try's to blame the roof and not washing nose with his little nozzle he gave to clean nose off. He got very rude and defensive about his gutter helmet, that as of right now has not always performed correctly. He didn't finish walk around for estimate, stomped off like a 2nd grader, acted unprofessional basically said I was lying and drove off. To make matters worse since hes the only licensed dealer of gutter helmet in this area, no other licenced gutter helmet from another area can come in finish estimate and do work without talking to the Area Sales Manager which you have to call corporate to get. My wife and daughter heard him, it was embarrassing and he is not welcome back on my property. So basically after you spend a ton of money on gutters and gutter helmet, and say you are not satisfied with performance. You are stuck, you can't get it fixed and they don't want to clean it out without charging you, even though it's not performing the way it should. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GUTTER AND VINYL SERVICES AND LARRY BOLT, Personally spending around $20 a foot for gutter helmet and it still doesnt alway work properly after cleaning the nose doesnt seem like a good deal ir easy to maintain like I was told."
