Matthew Ulcak is a renowned physiotherapist located at 10071 Broad River Road in Irmo, South Carolina. He is the new director of Carolina PT's Forest Acres location, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise in treating patients. Originally from Texas, Matthew graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences before obtaining his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. He has a passion for outpatient physical therapy, particularly in treating athletes and worker's compensation patients. Matthew is dedicated to continuing his education and has certifications in various areas such as Trigger Point Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Blood Flow Restriction Training. He is also working towards becoming an Orthopedic Certified Specialist through the ABPTS. In his personal life, Matthew is married to another physical therapist, Savannah, and they enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, paddle boarding, and running. They both share a love for running in half marathons, which has fueled Matthew's interest in treating sports injuries, including ACL repairs, meniscus repairs, and shoulder injuries.
