"Is there someone who can tell me when you are opening back up today? Two signs on the door... one says on break back in 30 minutes the other says closing at 3:50ish... it is almost 3 and I have waited 30 minutes for it to open back up. No one answers the phone either."

"Let me just begin by saying I only rated this store a 5 star for the fact that I am so beyond Thankful for Rachel being such an amazing and dedicated employee! SHE IS THE ONLY REASON THIS SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE IN MOUNT PLEASANT IS STILL OPEN!! I have been going to this location for years, and it has steadily gone down hill with the shortage of employees and constant coming and going of employees! I have seen and heard Rachel working with many customers in such a professional manner from the very first day she started. It honestly blows me away! As I am in the sally store atleast a few times a week! Each time it's usually just Rachel working and she is always juggling customers, answering questions ,phone calls, registers, stocking shelves, ordering supplies etc.. etc. . I have seen and spoken with the "store manager" ( Betsy i think her name is) in the past, whom let me say she is pretty Rude and highly unprofessional. She has opened the store on numerous occasions at 10/1030 a.m with no remorse/ consideration for the customers sitting and waiting outside sense 9am! I've even called corporate about this. How she remains the manager is beside me! Rachel in my opinion and many other customers opinions ,agree she can run this store with her eyes closed! This woman (Rachel) deserves a raise, manager position and a darn paid vacation for all she does and deals with day in and out! I will be calling corporate again to say exactly what I have said in this review! We need more employees like Rachel!!"
