Every other body shop we called had a 2-month lead time before they could even look at it, but Benson took it in the first day back from Christmas, looked at it that day, and started working on getting parts. Barely two weeks later, they called to say our car is ready and good as new. Impressive speed considering the state of the supply chain, and incredible service from these folks. "I had scratched the tailgate on my new truck and then shortly after was rear-ended. Benson handled both repairs with ease. The repairs were estimated at 2-3 days, it took a full 4 days. At the end it looks new again. I enjoyed speaking with the staff. They were quite friendly and helpful at all times. I did have to call for updates. The online system was nice, but it didn't list a projected finish date. No big deal in my case to take a little longer, but for some this could matter. I would still return without hesitation"
