"The gym equipment is nice, but staff is a PITA. Eyeball u proper while you're trying to get your fitness on, then complain about your shorts or shirt being too "revealing." I'm in the Navy and signed a federal contract to put my vessel up for sale for war time. There is a contradiction here, also, the hours are "fleeting." Go on the weekends, sometimes someone is there, others times there are not. But yeah, good equipment, awkward staff, and can get busy at times. Not bad for free though. P.S., the old bald guy is weird."
"I love that it has a sauna. I don't like the fact that's it's ALWAYS roaches in the locker room and shower area. I'm certain it doesn't get clean as required"
"4.8/5 Overall for a DOD installation gym this place is set. Tons of brand new equipment paired with staff who is extremely friendly and willing to answer your questions. A few places in the gym need some updating as it is a fairly old building however that doesn't detract from its purpose and the enjoyability of the facilities."
"They’ve honestly improved a ton since I first came here in 2016. They equipment is pretty new and we’ll maintained. The staff are super diligent about keeping the place clean and keeping weights reracked correctly."
"Wide variety of machines and equipment to complete a necessary workout. Missing a few accessory machines for leg workouts such as hip thrust, adductor, and shark pit machines. Very few weighted hex plates so get used to bumper plates for the larger compound workouts."
