"This has been an awesome experience with excellent coaches who are great about modifying your workout within your abilities even in the group setting. They are sticklers for doing the various skills correctly before increasing weight to decrease chances of injury. They are always encouraging and make the classes fun. We have a terrific group that comes to the 9:00 class. I love my CrossFit family!!"
"We were in town for a week attending soccer camp and had a 2nd young athlete that was looking for some training to prepare for the upcoming football season. Not only did Cam answer the phone but gave us several options for workouts and we were able to get 3 in before the week was over. The thing I liked the most is that the workouts were tailored to our athlete and were a mix of private - semi-private and group. What a wonderful atmosphere to join and grow as you get bigger, faster and stronger! We only wish we lived locally so the whole family could join. On our next visit to Clemson we will be coming back!!"
