"Oh wow!! Not only is this hotel beautifull, modern, convenient to restaurants and events, and immaculate; the staff was simply amazing. My husband was at a hospital about 10 minutes away. We arrived at the hotel exhausted both mentally and physically. I was greeted with smiling faces! It's so rare to see that these days. The first smiling face was Hunter. He explained everything I needed to know, he was very personable and kind. We decided to visit a near by beach and had come completely unprepared. Tamika greeted us as we approached the front desk again and offered us beach towels. Tamika went out of her way to be friendly and kind. You could tell that Tamika was passionate about her job and genuinely enjoyed providing amazing service. Later that night Kay Kay assisted me with some questions and a room key issue (user error). Kay Kay was also friendly and had a nice personality."

"The location was perfect and conveniently near everything. Housekeeping did a fair job of cleaning the room cleaned. Upon entering the rooms I noticed dog food around the bedframe and food crumbs under the desk. Lobby staff gossiped a lot and were boldly talking about guest as they walked around the hotel or had service request. Felt harassed by the front desk clerk Carmen whom kept asking me for food and asking where I was going upon coming and going. The Sales Manager Tom was really nice."

"Stayed at H2S at this location last weekend on a business trip. As soon as I walked in my room, it smelled like feet. I found toenail clippings near the bed. The toliet seat in the bathroom needs to be repaired. Other than that, customer service staffed was very professional, friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was very convenient."

"Location amazing! Right across the street from the performing arts center! We walked right over with no issues. Staff was very helpful. I would have liked a nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit but they do not have a pit. I would recommend going early for breakfast if you want to make sure there is hot options left available and fresh. Some rooms apparently have tubs and some have walk in showers, if you have a preference ask before you check in."

"I had an incident with an employee slash manager asking my sister if she was homeless because she was seen walking from across the street, she walks early in the morning coming from across the street. when checking out the receptionist in training wanted to charge me a pet fee because my granddaughter brought me a puppy from her car to surprise me with while I was checking out. Need more training. The food was great the area was clean also."
