"Young man working for them was out here at our campground today and did the best job. Was flushing lines and I asked him a question about low water pressure. He told me he would check on it. An hour later he was at my house with the details on what he found. Very knowledgeable and polite. After the water pressure was back up, that hot shower was get!!!"

"this place is an absolute joke. They have the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with the ladies working inside do mot know absolutely anything about your bills or why you have 3 different bills all with the same bill date and meter readings but all three have different prices and different previous balances and different current due amount. The lady in the office wouldn't even tell me when the board meetings were held so I could talk to somebody about these problems. I'm currently having to live in a camper due to losing my home to a fire and there is no way possible that I used 9230 gallons of water in a month I mean really I don't even have a washing machine or a hot water heater or a dishwasher it's just not possible for 2 people in a camper to use that much water in a month but what do you do they women in the office can't tell you anything and the attorney general office can't help you do anything about it because it is out of their jurisdiction beçause it it a municipal but somebody has to be higher up that can have something done about these people im beyond tired of being ripped off by them with no answers to their wrong doings."

"I had to call and get someone to come and check my sewer out for me and i have to say i am super satisfied with them! (i was struggling financially at the point in time due to me just moving here) the guy they sent out, im not sure if it was mook or munk? but he was super nice and his crew was as well. he was helpful and really knew what he was talking about! he reassured me i had nothing to worry about and that if i had any more trouble to call them and he would do what he could to see the issue is resolved! i dont know why this company has such a bad rep. and im sure this guy will never see this, but thank u mook or munk whatever your name was and thank your crew as well!"

"Caused a break in the water main right past the new meter they put in and refusing to fix it, stating nothing he did would have caused it, there was no leak 1 hour before he put new meter in. This home is 2 elderly people."

"If I could give a negative star I would. I see why you guys have only two stars I think on your website. I have been with you guys for years and years and you call and tell me out of the blue that my water is going to be turned off without warning. I had an issue with my debit card and I paid with my personal account and for some reason my check disappeared. But no one gave me a warning that they were coming to cut my water off or that I needed to pay it because I would have dealt with it before you were going to come and turn it off i. I have the means to pay it that is not the problem the problem is how overpriced and and unfair you guys are! If I could switch to a different company I would. Horrible services"
