"Same experience as the other poster. I called to report a change of address and spoke to someone in the corporate office. She was rude, short, snippy, and a little condescending. She was completely repeating the city I live in incorrectly so I had to spell it out to her and she started laughing when I corrected her. I was nice, sometimes it is hard to differentiate between a "b" and "v". I wanted to assure she had the right mailing address so I would receive my W-2 on time. Oh, btw, do NOT work for this company. They are your typical "I don't give a sh!t" corporation."
