"They charged me an NSF fee when the bank was closed and I had no way to deposit the money because they were closed. In order to waive the NSF fee (which was their own fault) they had me sit through a course online like I was incompetent.... I know how banks work. This was not my fault. I'll be switching banks. This is insulting."
"I have banked with Woodforest bank for many years off and on. This bank has seen many transaction where I have brought support to this bank for years. This bank had me to sign a Take-Charge Program and they have charged me extra in a month and to where I wouldn't have noticed it. I don't have the income to play with my money for a bank I invested in and to not get any investments back for loyalty of grace for being a good customer. Don't ever think about signing up for Woodforest national bank to help you out or investments in them bc they are not for you."
