"I was in town for a meeting. This place is nice. My company made a good choice with this hotel. The ocean views were amazing from my room. The beach access is just steps away. Our room was very clean. The food was delicious. Although they are doing some renovations, it did not affect our stay at all. I will be bringing my family here for vacation. I have no complaints... Highly recommend."
"The Omni Resort is in a great location and has very nice amenities. Close to lots of other things going on in Hilton Head. We loved the adult pool! The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, the guest rooms are in need of a major renovation. They are extremely dated and smell very musty/moldy. The AC didn’t seem to work well. Everything felt very damp and sticky. My husbands allergies and asthma would kick in as soon as we walked in the room. I’d suggest finding another resort to stay at until the rooms are renovated."
"One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at!!! ALL the staff that I encountered during my visit were amazing. Check in was quick and the gentleman at front desk was more than accommodating - he upgraded my room without me even asking. Rooms were clean & the cleaning staff was beyond kind every time we would see them in the hallways. The pools/ hot tubs were fantastic, food onsite was great and the waiter we had at the Buoy Bar (I think his name was Michael) was AMAZING!! Wonderful location and lots to do at the resort and near the property. Will 100% be back!"
"We had the most amazing experience visiting. The proximity to the beach allowed easy access. Our suite was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was outstanding. Erica was amazing, adding to our family memories created. I wish I could have taken her home with us. I will be returning and hoping for the same service provided. The restaurants on the grounds were yummy and unforgettable."
"Stayed at the resort from 9/5 until 9/8. The rooms were lovely, the location was amazing (steps from the beach) and the ambiance was second to none. The staff was certainly one of the very best attributes of the resort. Whether being served by Marco at the pool cafe, or Kirkland, at the more luxurious restaurant... I can't imagine staying at a more welcoming and well run resort. I highly recommend!"
