"This review is in regards to the Orangeburg SC office! First off I will say the Drs here are absolutely AMAZING! Sad I can’t say the same for the front desk! I take residents here a lot for appointments and almost every time I have been here no matter the time of day, the front desk is always so loud, noisy and rambunctious! There has been times I have come in and there are a bunch of kids behind the counter, you can’t hear yourself think because of the noise, this is a Dr office not a daycare center for god sake! Then you have the front desk standing on the counter to call people to the counter! Why stand on the counter you can just call them standing in the floor not to mention when you go up to the desk to ask a question you get attitude and eye rolls! The front desk is the first thing you see when you walk in and your first impression and it’s one of the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen in my life!"

"Awesome staff and doctor. I saw Dr Kerrison and his staff at the Orangeburg office. Everyone was very knowledgable, professional and compassionate about caring for their patients. They took their time to explain everything they were doing at great lengths which helped to ease any anxiety I had. The staff works together like a well oiled machine, very efficiently. Overall, a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend them to take care of one of the most precious senses we have, eye sight!"
