"My partner and I had car troubles and had it towed to the AAA across the street when they were already closed. We live in Asheville, and had our little dog with us. It was a very stressful situation and Dorian and Makayla were so helpful and accommodating. They made sure that our check-in experience was pleasant and were so compassionate to our situation. The hotel itself was very nice - we were able to do a load of laundry and fill up on a lovely breakfast this morning. There was the best oatmeal bar I've ever seen in a hotel, plenty of other options, and coffee/juice. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I also loved that the check out was 12 pm, as we were worried our car wouldn't be ready in the early morning. 10/10 service and we would absolutely stay there again!"
"They offer a very nice breakfast. I was there on a Sunday, and the woman did a very good job. She worked hard and was a one women show. The rooms, halls and elevator were clean and very comfortable. I will definitely return."
