"Appointment was supposed to be at 10 it’s 10:25 and we are still in the waiting room. That’s ridiculous. Get your scheduling right. Making a 2 year old wait that long is stupid. He behaved amazingly for the first 7-10 minutes then after that he was over waiting. Very upset that now 30 plus the ten minutes we got here early to “check in” are wasted"

"I use to love this place now I hate it Stacy the reception is rude as ever … the supervisor rude and lies … I have been trying for a month to get my newborn her 2 month shots and it something everytime I turn around … &d other doctors office will work you in but not these clowns"

"I use to love this place …The drs are GREAT! The staff is HORRIBLE !!! Spoke with Stacey and Martha over the phone they were both rude and showed no remorse for my sick child!!! I called at 9am to have my child seen because of a high fever and nose bleeds. They were booked completely which is understandable after a holiday .. I asked for a appt later in the week and they said they only do sick visit appts same day , I would have to call each day for availability. Which is AWFUL I can’t call my sons dr to have him seen when he is sick… definitely changing offices and hate to have my kids see another physician but the staff they have SUCKS!!!"

"DO NOT USE THIS PEDIATRICIAN OFFICE!!!! My daughter drove over and hour with a sick 6 month baby with RSV and a 2 year old sick with RSV and was a few minutes late and they refused to see her!!!!!! She was in tears as she’s hardly had any sleep dealing with sick babies and told them how hard her week has been and they still just sit there and say nothing!! She can’t help she got stuck in traffic and was a few minutes late!! Who does tht to their patients??? I tried calling to leave a message for DR. LiSA and they won’t let me. So if something happens to my grandchildren I will be getting a lawyer. Do Not Use them bc the people at the front desk are flipping heartless!!!! And i spoke with someone and left my name and number and what it was about and she said she would have someone call me back. Well OFCOURSE I got no return phone call. Because I’m sure they don’t want Dr. Lisa to find out how they treated my daughter. I have 2 daughters that have been going there for one of 3 years and another of 2 years and they will not be back. They said they obviously don’t care about our children. SO think twice before you go there!!"

"Love, Love, Love Clemson AnMed Pediatrics!!! Dr. Lisa is my boy’s doctor, she’s AMAZING! Wish she was my doctor:) We have seen all pediatricians here and all are wonderful, caring and overall excellent!"
