"Dr.Cotten was a extremely rough with my daughter during her procedure she wouldn't guve her a break to calm down she also told her assistant that they were 20min behind so she was rushing by the end of the procedure my daughter was crying and in a corner so nobody would touch her. Now my daughter doesn't want to go back to a dentist because of Dr.cotten behavior. I understand they were behind but a patients safety and health is also important. I would not recommend her."
"This place is Amazing! My son has some sensory issues. And in the past with other dentist offices we have mentioned our concerns but they have never been accommodating. We even had some of the staff at other places make rude remarks about my son and his needs. But WILD smiles was hands down the best experience we have ever had. The staff was very accommodating to my son’s needs. They took the time to understand him, they were patient with him, and even did a few things in the office to make him feel more comfortable being there. They seemed to really know how to handle patients with special needs not just saying they could handle it like other offices but by showing it in everything they did. The Staff was incredibly kind to me and my son! I’m SO glad we found this dentist office!!"
"This team and especially the dentist are excellent with children and you can tell when you see them at work. The lady at the front was very nice and pleasant, the type to go above and beyond. The office is cute and fun, the arcade game in waiting room was a big hit."
"The past couple of times I’ve gone with my children the wait time was crazy: about 45 minutes in just the waiting area the second time. I try to be reasonable because I work in healthcare myself but I feel like that’s a little too long, especially when you have little ones with short attention spans. Staff is always very pleasant though which is much appreciated, I know they work hard to make being at the dentist an enjoyable experience."
"My 10 year old daughter has been going to Wild Smiles - White Knoll since she was 2 years old, she loves it when it's time to go to the dentist. The whole staff from check in too seeing Dr. Meg is just a pleasant experience. They explain to the kids what they are doing so they don't scare them. I would recommend them to anyone, because they are the best!!! Thanks Wild Smiles - White Knoll for making my daughter's experience the best one ever and always."
