"management doesn’t care about things going wrong in the apartment , they tell you they will replace something that’s broken & replace it with another OLD appliance, that will continue to give you problems. Doesn’t even make sense to speak to management because they send maintenance 2 weeks after complain."
"I've been at Patriots Crossing 4 18yrs.Had my 87 Grand National stolen outside my apt. Had 3 leaks from the upper Apt. 4wks.to Fix. Dust all over didn't cover anything. Door seals are all shot or missing . Gave notice in Aug.that i,d be vacating on Oct. 23,2023.gave (written notice) at the same time. Now what really surprises me after 18yrs of loyalty never missing a rent payment they refusing to return my deposit"
"This is disgusting!!! Been here since Monday!!! The walk ways leading into the apartments and steps need to be pressure washed!!! Why aren’t there any dog waste bins??? It’s dog poop EVERYWHERE!!!! when are the kitchen getting updated???? Dishwasher are beyond outdated… the stove will just look at the picture… don’t get my wrong the apartments are nice and roomy but they need some TLC!!! If no changes by the time my lease is up, I’m moving!!"
"do not recommend was told apt was move in ready leak first week which resulted in a pipe bust …. rent is like 1500 definitely gives $800/mo online portal down 24/7 also mold in shower floor coming up water does not stay hot my windows don’t open also believe lots of air is coming in from outside , also police have been here 2-3 cars deep every other day since i’ve moved here and it’s only been about 3 weeks very ghetto smh lots of traffic in and out neighborhood should be gated for the price , girlies i recommend getting a porch cam & any other safety items !! i had 2 unknown men knock on my door twice @ 3am and i am not from here , quiet definitely questionable neighborhood for sure stay alert after hours"
