"TV very small..in front of the big broken one. And no remote control.... but the young lady at the front desk.. was nice and busy.. my stay... good for the price I paid.."

"Got the room through their site, thought it'd be fine. It wasn't. Had to fight the doors to get in. Every time. The bed smelled like a colostomy bad had burst on it, the ac unit sounded like someone was trying to break into the room, the toilet kept running after flushing extremely loudly. Turning up the TV was the only was the only way to drown out the noise of the toilet and the ac. It rained but since the door didn't have weather stripping I got to watch water come in. That was neat. They charge you a pet fee, but theres strays cats that they are feeding by leaving food by the vending machines. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Unfortunately did not get to even stay at this hotel. I was excited to book this hotel based on price and cleanliness. As soon as I walked in I informed them that I was going to book and need to see a room first (due to an immune disorder- ounce of mold or mildew or smoke and I’m going to the hospital) and I was denied this. They seemed as if they were going to allow me to after arguing the severity of it. Then I informed them I do have a SERVICE animal. 1. Not allowed to request my documentation 2. Not allowed to ask me why. And they did. They even had me (without checking in) to email the picture of my documentation to check with manager. They were very rude when asking about the room and stuff and then they informed me he was accepted (DUH ! You can’t deny my service animal) and then still refused to show me a room. Don’t waste your time !"

"We checked in on 9/22/23 upon checking in we found the towels were filthy. We asked for new towels and the maid was very rude and refused to give us any. I then pulled the blankets down and found nasty crumbs in my bed I called the front desk and told him to come to the room. He came to the room saw the crumbs and wiped them onto the floor and then said I don’t see anything. I told him I wanted a refund because it was disgusting and he stated I would have to wait and talk to the manager in the morning. I refused to stay in that room so he gave me another room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Most of the people staying there are residents it is their home. The staff is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL horrible experience."

"Awful. I’ve never been to a hotel that has smoking and non-smoking rooms. I was confused. Non-smoking rooms were unavailable (so they said, when we booked non-smoking was available) so we settled for what they had. Didn’t expect to walk in and the room smell absolutely AWFUL. Like marijuana. Curtains are stained like they’ve never been cleaned before. I checked under the sheets, looked they’ve never been washed. Dirt, hair etc. Overall just bad experience. Never in my life have I ever experienced that somewhere. Declined giving us a refund."
