"Made a purchase today at the Lowes located at Simpsonville SC. The Pro associate Elliot took my order was very helpful in providing me a quote and ensured a smooth delivery or pick up. I called him made a payment and requested to have it ready for pick up after I paid the order in full but did not receive a refund for the delivery fee that was charged. Furthermore, I requested to please assist the person picking up the items by placing them onto an open trailer. I admit that there was a language barrier with the person picking up the order. However, the men designated to place the order onto the trailer simply took there time as if they did not want to perform the task. Items were mis- handled and placed incorrectly creating an inconvenience to be stacked and strapped to prevent an accident or falling off. I asked the person picking up the order to pass the phone to the men placing the items on to the trailer, when the man took the phone and replied when i asked him to please cover the concrete bags with a plastic bag he replied that he was not ordered to do so. In turn, I called the store to no avail after 5 attempt phone calls to speak with a manager. Finally spoke with a kind young lady who transferred me to Melvin or Marvin who was the designated supervisor of the area only to be loud, obnoxious and disrespectful when handling a formal complaint about an order I previously paid for and Melvin/Marvin hung up the phone on me as I questioned the integrity of the quality of service your venue provides the community and customers. I have shopped at this locations many times. This is the first time I experienced this type of service. I will not shop there ever again. I want my refund for the delivery fee that was charged. Hope this brings awareness to the people who intend to shop at this location and think twice about the customer service they might experience there as I did. Attentively, Frank Lopez"

"The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, had the pleasure of meeting Leslie who was so kind and caring. She just walked in the door not even clocked in yet and was more than happy to help us and went wayyyy out of her way two days in a row to get us what we needed. You’re amazing Leslie!!!!"

"I was here today Nov 13th at 5pm and I wanted to purchase a refrigerator and both employees at the appliances were not at the desk so another employee said she will go look for them and 20 minutes later they arrived? the lady with the white and purple hair helped me and she was very rude, ignorant and very disrespectful and did not respond to my questions and act like she did not hear what I m saying, I think her supervisor should make her to take a customer service class and teach her how to be respectful and nice to the store customers."

"Lady with curly hair and glasses working at self checkout today was completely rude about a mistake the store made. The staff put a 50 CT box of rags above a sign that say $12.98. When the item came up $17.xx, I asked her about the variance. She asked me to go take a picture. I did. Then she proceeded to tell me it was a different item, the 24 CT. Ok... no offer to take it off my bill, no offer to match the price tag. I said it looks like it was priced wrong. She simply said I guess so...."

"Tyler and Bernard helped me with a pick-up order to surprise my husband! The customer service was great and they both exceeded our expectations. Tyler kindly answered, my hundreds of questions and he even helped us locate some last items that were on sale."
