"Was completely disappointed after a phone call today. We have been bringing our furbaby to you for the last 6-8 months after seeing and hearing all the rave reviews and have loved the service and care of her. I called about our next appointment date, that we have always made when picking her up, and was told that there was no appointment in the system and the earliest was end of June. I expressed my disappointment and that I would have to take her somewhere else because we just can't wait 30 more days. The one word response was just a simple "ok". This does not make us feel like a valued customers nor does it seem like All Paws cares if we are one."

My babies are treated like little princesses. Karen has been my regular groomer this whole time. I get the works done and am always satisfied with the results.
