"Highly recommend dealing with Kate at JK Furnishings! Kate went above and beyond. When our sectional was delivered one of the cushions had a pull in the upholstery. It was going to be several weeks before JK's delivery team could bring a replacement cushion as we are an hour away from the store. Kate drove to our home and exchanged the pillow from the showroom sectional two days after delivery. Now that is going above and beyond with excellent customer service! I was in need of a couch, and several other things, and Julie went OUT OF HER WAY to work with me via email with lots of choices, pictures, specific measurements, making it easier to work with her remotely while not living permanently in the beach area. All the ladies at this location were helpful and kind, doing all that they could to help me find my awesome couch! The process was quick and easy and the prices were great, with me being able to take advantage of a tax free period promoted by the store to help the buyer. Delivery set up was fast and easy, and I am looking forward to receiving our new couch.
