"I will never shop here again!!! Purchased dining room chairs the beginning of August, was given a delivery date of 9/10/22 and of course I knew this was an estimation. Called to check on the order and was told, "we'll call you when they come in". Was told they haven't shipped from their distribution center yet, maybe another 10-14 days, but we'll call you when they come in. Called after the 14 days and was told they were in route to the store and it could take 10 days before they get to the store, but we'll call you when they get here. 2 months of waiting, I called, 10/5 after someone in the store told me they were scheduled to get to the store 10/4, and when I asked for the status of the chairs, was told they are restocking them and would be another 4-6 weeks!!! I cancelled the order, they refunded our money but wasted 2 months waiting. Went on Amazon 10/5 ordered very comparable, American made chairs, they were delivered 10/7."

We all know how hard it is to get good help these days but this company has one of the “GOOD” ones !!! Hope Badcock realizes as well."
"The two young men who helped me were friendly, knowledgeable and so very accommodating as I came in 25 minutes before closing for a recliner, in hopes this would help my injured husband sleep better. I hate I do not have their names but I so loved their positive attitudes and willingness to help me! They even helped me take pics to send to my husband so he could take part in the decision making process! Great experience!"
