"Value for money but feels unsafe sometimes. Augusta has cheaper places to rent. The washer dryers are far from most apartments and most of the time are out of commission. Pool has never ever been available. Non gated community. Water is muddy in the taps sometimes. Don’t recommend getting 1st floor due to noise from 2nd floor"

"Me and two of my friends stayed here for a year in a “fully renovated” unit. The repairs that needed to be done to that specific unit were not even finished by the time our move in date came. Unfinished and tacky boarding, windows were covered in gunk, paint splotches on the floor, leaking water from the water heater, etc. When these concerns were brought up to management, there was absolutely no rush to be scheduled to fix /communicate when the maintenance team will come to look and fix concerns. Of course we shouldn’t have moved in before repairs were done, that was our mistake. Plus the pool that is advertised hasn’t been in service for a couple years. EDIT: The property manager has contacted me and I have removed my statement about my security deposit after speaking with her over the phone. However, Eskay management needs to understand that 3 separate deposits were made and they can only find one deposit. As weird as it sounds, It sounds like the property manager BEFORE the current lady may have been up to something with money. I am not taking down my statement about the condition of the apartment that it was given to us. Please keep in mind that this review and everything that I have stated is talking about before this property got the current manager."

"I rate this place a zero but I had to choose a star in order to post. My husband and I serve in the military and our daughter lives at that place. I went to visit her and I had to put water in the toilet in order for it to flush, field rats was running all across the hall outside, the outside of the apartment is dirty, the walkway in the inside is ridiculous. I feel so bad for the tenants that is paying over $900 for those apartments when it’s not worth it. I also feel bad because of how my daughter and grandkids have to live. plaza place used to be a beautiful place to live when it was ran by the old manager 10 plus years ago. Definitely need to change management because the one there now is never there. I’m surprised the tenants haven’t reported that place to the news yet"

"When we first moved in 2 years ago this was a great place to live and great value. Unfortunately the former management company (that was responsive to needs for repairs) sold the property to another company during the pandemic. My air conditioner has been malfunctioning for over a month and we have had to repeatedly email and beg the management company to fix it. The air conditioner only cools the apartment to 87 during the day. I am disabled and extremely sensitive to heat and am limited to our bedroom (with the window unit we bought). When we reported the issue we were promised a window unit from the management company. After a week we followed up and they claimed they ordered one. We still do not have one (we have 3 bedrooms we need to be able to use). The popcorn ceiling is peeling off in several rooms and we have what appears to be black mold in our closet. We have reported these issues over and over again with no repairs made. TLDR: I should not have to harass you to repair YOUR property. Leaving people without ac in this area during the summer is cruel and dangerous. They want to act like this is a $600 a month apartment while charging $1000. This place is not worth the price. Go somewhere cheaper and at least take comfort in your saved money. ETA: DHEC closed the pool today!"
