"It's not new and getting more expensive now. The location is still great. If you have a package in the front office don't wait until the last minute to get it. They will close early when they feel like it."

"Not sure who the lady is with the black hair in the back office but she is extremely rude. She has no idea what customer srevice is. I was trying to ask questions and talk and each time I spoke she would give a smart answer and roll her eyes. She was so rude that I left and went to Berry Shoals Apartments and looked at an apartment and they approved me on the same day I paid my deposit and already have a move in date. I do not recommend Ashford Park to anyone."

"This complex can be better for what residents pay out here. The gates are broke every other week. Not enough parking. Always parking 2 buildings away from your actual building! The Front/Back entrance side roads are shared with 2 others businesses (Chick-fil-A in the front Zaxby’s in a back) causing traffic because of the drive-thru lines. There’s an accident I swear at least 2 times a month! There’s no playground for the kids. You can hear plenty through these apartment walls! The master bedroom isn’t master! You can barley put a king size bed! Kitchen is Cramped! The ladies in the office are rude and disrespectful. No professionalism. Clearly they just sit eat and talk all day! You accepted my rent twice before you realize I been paying the wrong amount but you coming for me as if I did it intentionally! Do your job! It’s always something going on. When I ask for Corporate number I’m always told this is corporate! It wasn’t always like this. COVID , the constant changing of management, and the economy I guess all plays a part."

"This place has gotten worse over the years. Management is very rude. They do not speak when you come into the office to ask questions, and the door is always locked. They follow you around if you are coming in to pick up your package as if you’re stealing. Some of the people who live there with dogs do not pick up after their dogs. Also there are children who kick your doors if you live on the first floor. Do not waste your time here."

"Great complex. We have used Ashford Park for our corporate housing for the past year and a half. We were the first residents in the building we occupy when it was first built. The staff in the office is friendly and always available to help. When I experienced a personal medical emergency, office staff went above and beyond to help me out. Communication with the office has been great (with only a couple of exceptions) and we look forward to continuing our business relationship with them. As far as the gate, and other amenities are concerned, this is a new complex, and as one of the longer-term residents I can tell you that despite delays in construction the staff has done their best to accommodate the needs of the residents. The gate is installed and works fine, pool, gym, and theater facilities are clean and fantastic. Every new place has its growing pains, and no roll-out will go perfect. The addition of the card-access it makes accessing the facilities much easier than the old door code system. For the money and amenities offered, this was by-far the best option we have found. I live here on-site whenever I am in-town for site inspections, or when operational need dictates it, and I feel completely safe and secure. There are some low and negative ratings on here, but as someone who has been here from nearly the beginning I can tell you the positives far outweigh the negatives. Bedroom lamps cost $10 at WalMart, so if the lack of overhead lighting in the rooms is an issue for you, it's an easy fix."
