"Surge is going to lose on this investment within a year for sure. I took my kids there and I was really disappointed about how clean this place was. There was literal trash on the trampolines bouncing up and down when you jumped. Employees siting around doing nothing but chatting to each other. One dude was sitting down with his back against a pole by the trampoline area. I'm not sure if the high jump, trapeze bar, and zip lines were supposed to be unsupervised but they weren't. We have been to other Surge locations in the past and they were kept up much better. There were spills on the floor that were there when we got there and there when we left. We went to get some water and there was spilt power aid on the counter. It was just honestly gross. Especially the trash on the trampolines. I can't imagine the trampolines or anything else in there is sanitized. The place has potential but clearly the drive in the management and staff isn't there. Pretty annoyed I spent $83 for us to have to jump in trash."
"Lot many activities at one place. Choose from jumping, zip line, arcade, rock climbing etc. Dedicated arena for toddlers. There is no dedicated space for b'day party. The tables are set up all over. It's popular for celebrating birthdays. You can easily find 5 to 6 kids birthday parties at a time over the weekend"
"Had a blast! We came as first timers right before school started and found out they had an awesome deal for weekdays that we took advantage of for like 6.99/hr! There was so much to do here!!!"
"I did even know this place was right down the street. So much space and the service was very good. Kids will have a great time."
"Not just trampolines! A lot of cool things to climb, a zip line, obstacle course, and video games! They also have safety harnesses for the kids which is a great idea. My only complaint is that there weren't enough employees to man the zip line and other areas that the kids couldn't use without an employee."
