"I left my mom's remembrance event to run a route for this comany because corporate never gave me my floating holiday after my 90 days, despite local management telling me I should receive one. Less than a month later I am no longer employed there because a manager of another company said I threatened them because I asked them not to line our dock doors with their pallets of warehouse racks. They had been in a dispute with our neighbor and it started affecting our trucks. I never threatened them. DTS and their contractee had no proof or evidence against me. They used someones word only to get rid of a driver because the driver "took matters into their own hands". Got news for anyone looking to work here. Fresh side for the Pepperidge Farms accounts get zero support at night. They specifically hired me because I have an independent work ethic and in only 4 months there I had to solve several issues without managers help because they would not answer phones during overnight shift. And yet, when there is a problem, they dont stand up and say that yes, our overnight drivers have to solve problems themselves. They cry that we should involve higher ups who wont answer phones, regardless of whether or not the problem is preventing delivery. Its a catch-22 that can cost you your job."

"I worked for DTS a couple of years ago and loved it. I worked on a Peppridge Farms account and my Ops Manager was top notch. When I went to a different manager in another state they were constantly screwing up, but Steve knows how to run his ship. Never once in over 2 years did I run into a mistake from him. "We were in habersham county at 5:50 pm on the 16th of may 2019. We were pulling away from a stop sign onto 365 northbound when your employee decided to get within a foot of my vehicle with my infant son and wife on board. We drive a full size suburban so getting up to 65 mph was not the issue. The issue was your employee not having the decency to us his brakes as to not try and intimidate another motorists. I own my own company and I would fire this man immediately for fear of causing a serious injury on your dollar. I will not remove this review until I have been spoken to by the owner of DTS. By the way his DOT # is 1219712."
