"This place is a joke.... I called for a quote, got an appointment for 12 noon on Tuesday the week following, I took the day off work, waited until 1.30 and called to check on when they would arrive, Kevin answered and said I never should have gotten an appointment because the person who made it didn't know he had made 3 other appointments for that afternoon... really..... so Kevin, (the owner I believe) shows up after 4pm and seems annoyed for some reason, he takes two measurement length and width only and informed me he will work up a quote and send it to my email, I confirmed the email with him, after a week I called in to see when the quote would be completed, the person who answered the phone ( same guy who "apparently" overbooked the appointment) says... hmmmm those normally only take 48 hrs" let me check and follow up with you....well I'm still waiting for the quote or the follow up to happen and it's been 5 1/2 weeks now..... Do your self a favor, research and install your own pool liner, it's not that hard.....or at least stay away from these time wasters....."
