"Horrible and disgusting place. Management is rude. Living here now and being evicted due to rent but my apartment is full of mold but yet she wants rent. Heard some shady stuff is going on here and that has to do with the county."
"Got a voicemail and was told that we had a big vicious dog keeping everyone up till 3 in the morning barking and was told if we didn't get rid of the dog we would be evicted or animal control come get it. Yes we did have a dog but it was a 8 week old blue healer puppy and well trained never tore carpet or messed in room, had to get rid of him in fear of being homeless, next door neighbor rude and played blaring music while trying to move out scaring my child and made the family helping me very uncomfortable waving a bat around, music so loud couldn't hear what someone was 3 feet from me. my mother even asked her nicely just cut it down a little. Widow busted broken glass fixed with tape and had been left that way even before moving in, had to clean after the last people in that room junk filled room and stairwell closet leading to the 2 rooms upstairs ours and the rude neighbor, we lived right apart from other like 4 foot away. Late night fights breaking out, cops in and out all the time. Caving kitchen floor. When trying to reach them to on moving day wouldn't answer the phone needed to move that day, ended up having to drop keys off in mailbox window, people downstairs were really nice though"
"No up keep on apartments, never see manager. Thought only was paying $540 for rent nope,right at $800.. Got a high water,bill $69 but do have very nice neighbor.. To much for run down apartment"
"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Only there for a short period of time as I am a traveling outage worker... We went five days with no hot water and no working refrigerator, I was told directly from the owner who manages the place that she would compensate on the next weekly rent payment.. SHE DID NOT COMPLY, then my deposit she came with these bogus charges of cleaning fees.. Mind you that prior to my stay I literally borrowed the maintenance guy materials to sweep and wipe down the inside of the cabinets!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!!"
