"The staff here is super unfriendly. Not one person approached and offered help. They were super friendly with each other, however (actually a little over the top- likely to avoid helping anyone). Please train your manager in customer service- she was the worst of all. Your service is only as good as the person leading it. This was awful!"
"OMG!!!!!! It's J.Crew! Factory!!!!!! What's not to LOVE? Staff were friendly and helpful. As well as very understanding of less than well behaved child. Love quality clothing that lasts for years. I have some shirts that are 2 decades old and they still look fantastic. You get what you pay for. I've got my eyes on that white blazer. It's a beautiful piece of clothing. Most definitely will come back whenever I'm in town."
"Cute clothes but not a pleasant shopping experience. The younger girl who greeted me as I walked in the door was welcoming, but the older woman at the checkout could definitely do with some customer service training. Unfriendly and aloof ! Got the impression that wanting to pay was an inconvenience."
"I am glad there is J. Crew representation in town again. It is a factory store, but the selection isn't bad for the area. The service is okay. The first time I went into the store, someone did offer me help. The second time, I had to double check and argue prices on Black Friday. None of my merchandise came up correctly at 60%. In the end, they did correct the error for me but I had to show them the signing on every item. The staff didn't seem overly concerned about correcting their system or making sure it didn't happen again. That being said, I am generally satisfied with the store. It seems that some product sourcing has changed. I cannot tell you if that is good or bad. I still like the styles, and I have had a good experience with quality in the past. I am glad they are here. If anything changes (service or product), I will update my review."
