"This UPS location has THE best staff. I’ve been going here for about a year now and everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. A few months ago, UPS lost a $160 package I sent out for my business, but this store was so quick to help me out with my claim form. They reimbursed me really quickly. I have come in with seven packages to send out for orders and there’s always a member who is really happy to help. I always look forward to going there when I have something to send out or return because it’s so seamless!"
"I came to town to plan a funeral for my beloved Aunt. Since I do not live in Charleston, among her friends, I wanted to do a special tribute for them. Michael and the UPS team focused on me individually, pushed the request ahead of other time sensitive jobs, and created a collage of pictures and thank you cards.
