"STILL the most understaffed over worked pharmacy in the county. They never have ALL your prescriptions in stock. They never follow up on out of stock prescriptions when they get them in and just leave your missing ones “ON HOLD”. It always takes multiple pickup trips to get them all. Drive through is a 20+ minute wait. When the App says “please call the pharmacy to refill this prescription” (one they’ve been filling for a decade) They do not answer the phone, I’ve been on hold 40+ mins at times without a human ever picking it up. The inside wait can exceed 25 minutes. I don’t know if a store or corporate issue but it’s an issue I’ve experienced, and brought up in all their surveys, for many years."
