"The nurses are basically the doctor's secretary, they act like their job is hard. Is it really hard to give great customer service and be grateful you have a job. They act so bold on the phone, I wish the doctor would pay for some training for his staff."

"Went there today,had covid 7 days ago and Dr. Tam came in and berated me for coming back. I now have bronchitis. I left there in tears. Dr. Tam is old and needs to retire. I will never go back there again."

"First off, I’m not someone who is disrespectful but this place pisses me off every. Single. Time. I go here! When I came in on Monday (10/30/23) for what I thought was another uti only to be told with no examination that it was probably just a yeast infection, since my urine was clear. But, I had a uti last month and I felt like this was the same thing and what they gave me for it last time didn’t really help fully, so I requested that they culture the urine. The nurse I spoke to had very thin blond hair and looked middle aged, she still prescribed the yeast infection medication and told me they’d call me back tomorrow with the results. They called back at 6 pm the next day (Tuesday) to say that it was a uti after all and that they’d misdiagnosed me. Then, when I tried to go to the pharmacy to get it they said it was never sent. It’s now Wednesday and I’ve called the office 3 times with no answer and when I finally got someone on the phone, she transferred me and the other person didn’t answer and then I tried to re-call the office to no answer again. This is all very frustrating and sickening because if I hadn’t ASKED THEM to culture the urine, I could’ve died. Honestly, I still could since it’s been another 24 hours without the medication. Needless to say, I’m never going back to this doctors office again and I will be in contact with a supervisor."

"Always Love coming here! Dr.Tamm and His Medical staff have been My Primary care services for the last 20 plus years and they do an Amazing job! I give them 5 stars! Wish their was more stars to give!"

"Appt was at 1:30pm it’s 3:22pm and the only thing they have done is collect $70 from me. The lady pronouncing ALL of my meds wrong, said “don’t worry I’m typing it into the computer” as if that made me feel better about being here. They have my medication listed BUT THE DOSAGE ISNT, so I can’t get them refilled. (But they have my money.) The supervisor needs a refresher course on customer service. Was not professional at all and told me I had an attitude (I was asking questions about the facility) BUT Who wouldn’t have an attitude after 2 hours??? Overall this was a bad decision on my part. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING. Will not be returning!"
