Rent at Farrow Place is based on income and includes water, electric, sewer, and garbage pickup. Our buildings are 100% smoke-free for the health and safety of our residents, staff, and guests. Telephone jacks and cable TV wiring are installed in each apartment, and laundry facilities are available on-site. Conveniently located in Rock Hill, Farrow Place is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, retail shops, restaurants, banks, hospitals, physicians' offices, and churches. We do not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in our federally assisted programs and activities. Please note that there is currently a waitlist for new applicants, with a 1.5 to 2-year wait for those age 62 and older, and a 5-year wait for applicants under the age of 62 with a mobile disability.
