"He seemed like a great person, and I wanted so badly to give him a great review; however, he failed to connect all the ducts. When I protested, then he said that he had inspected them, and that they were connected. When I insisted that he return and check the duct in question, then he stated that they were not all connected, and that it was the fault of the people he hired. He then left trash for me to pickup and he said that he would send someone over to replace the cover between the unit and the house. The cover has is poorly installed. I asked him to fix it, but he said he was out of town; that was a few weeks ago. Wish the work was as great as his personality,."
